Every property owner within the village shall maintain the parkway adjoining their property by mowing same, and ensuring that such parkway remains free of any obstacles, objects or structures. In the event that damage to the parkway occurs as the result of village activities or incidents outside of the control of any such property owner, the village shall restore the parkway to its pre-incident condition. Maintenance, trimming or removal of parkway trees and plantings shall be conducted by the village.
