§ 4.23 TERMINATION OF POSITION.
Commissioners may resign by giving written notice to the Board of Trustees. The President shall, as soon as is practical, make a new appointment to finish the remainder of the term of the resigning Commissioner. In such case, it is not necessary for the Board of Trustees to approve the appointment of the interim Commissioner, however, the Board’s consent shall be required to reappoint such Commissioner at the end of his or her interim term. Commissioners shall be automatically reappointed at the end of their terms if no further action is taken by the Board. However, the Board of Trustees may replace any Commissioner for any reason at the end of the Commissioner’s term. In addition, a Commissioner may be removed at any time by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees.
