§ 7.13 HOTELS, MOTELS AND ROOMING HOUSES.

Sleeping rooms in hotels, motels and rooming houses, together with furniture, furnishings, fixtures, mattresses and linens used therein, shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
