For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS. Any vocation, occupation, profession, enterprise, establishment, concern or any other type of activity, together with all devices, machines, equipment, vehicles and appurtenances used therein, as set forth in § 7.09 of this chapter.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, association, partnership, corporation, trust or any other legal entity, except for such person or persons as may be organized as a state not-for-profit corporation or governmental bodies properly organized under the law of the state.
