(A) Obstructions. Court yards and required yards may be obstructed by accessory uses or building projections only as provided in Table 19.
(B) Percentage of required rear yard occupied. No accessory structure or structures shall occupy more than 35% of the area of the required rear yard.
(C) Vacant through lots. On a vacant through lot, either of the lot lines abutting a street may be established as the front lot line, except that where two or more through lots are contiguous and a front lot line has been duly established by the construction of a building on one lot, the same street lot line shall serve as the front lot line of all such contiguous lots.
(D) Corner side yards. The corner side yard shall be defined as the longer of the two frontages on which the property is located. In no case, except as noted in Table 19, shall it be permitted to construct an accessory structure beyond the building line established for the main building.
(E) Vision clearance triangle. No building or structure hereafter erected and no planting or other obstruction to the vision of drivers of motor vehicles or pedestrians shall be located:
(1) Within a triangular area located at the at-grade intersection of two streets, a street and a railroad or a street and a driveway.
(2) The triangular areas shall be formed by the right-of-way lines of the streets or railroads between their intersection and points 15 feet from their intersection along each line, or eight from the intersection of a street and a driveway, and by a straight line connecting these two points. Wherever a right-of-way has an arc, the lot lines are extended to the intersection and the 15-foot measured distance begins from the point where the lot lines are extended to the intersection.
