§ 22.114 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
   (A)   In Residential Districts. No COMMERCIAL VEHICLES defined in § 22.011 may be parked or stored in a Residential District other than in a completely enclosed garage, building or structure. Commercial vehicles performing or involved in moving a personal residence or making deliveries, repairs, construction, maintenance or service calls to a residential home is permitted between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
   (B)   In Non-Residential Districts. No commercial vehicle as defined in § 22.011 may be parked or stored in a commercial or non-residential district if it is not employed or used in the conduct of the business located on the premises, is being parked temporarily by either a customer, supplier, contractor, or visitor performing loading, unloading, moving, construction, maintenance or repair on the premises, and has obtained all necessary village approvals including a conditional use for outdoor storage. In those cases where a commercial vehicle does not comply with the aforementioned standards, said vehicle may temporarily be parked or stored on site, but only within a completely enclosed garage, building or structure.
