No person shall move any building or structure on any street without a permit from the Building Inspector. The Inspector may impose such conditions as he or she deems appropriate to protect the village and the public, upon granting such permit. The applicant for such permit shall deposit $500 in cash with the Village Clerk as security for the protection of the streets and other village property.
