§ 5.14 DISASTER WARNING DEVICES.
   Testing of “outdoor warning devices” shall be held only on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. or during exercises that are specifically and expressly approved in advance by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency.
