For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MAJOR DEVELOPMENT. Defined by the Village Watershed Development Code.
MINOR DEVELOPMENT. Defined by the Village Watershed Development Code.
OWNER. The legal and/or beneficial owner of the real estate which is the subject matter of the proposed project aforesaid.
PETITIONER. The fee owner or trustee of record, trust beneficiary, lessee, contract purchaser or option holder of the subject property or his or her agent or nominee.
PROJECT. Any activity associated with the annexation, subdivision or development of land and/or with residential, commercial or industrial zoning and/or building.
PUBLIC ROAD DEVELOPMENT. Defined by the Village Watershed Development Code.
RETAINED PERSONNEL. Any engineer, attorney, planner, economist or other technical, professional expert or employee paid and retained by the village to assist or advise it directly or indirectly in planning, reviewing, evaluating, advising, considering, approving, administering or accepting any project by the village.
WATERSHED DEVELOPMENT. Defined by the Village Watershed Development Code.
