§ 43.19 POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS BY MINORS.
   (A)   No person under the age of 21 shall purchase or accept as a gift any alcoholic liquor or have alcoholic liquor in his or her possession within the village limits, except as otherwise provided under this section.
   (B)   No person under the age of 21 shall consume any alcoholic liquor within the village limits of the village, except as provided under this section.
   (C)   The possession or serving of alcoholic liquor by a person under 21 years of age, but not under 18 years of age, pursuant to his or her employment by an employer licensed to sell liquor in the village is not prohibited under this section. The possession or consumption of an alcoholic liquor by a person under the age of 21 in the performance of a religious service or ceremony is not prohibited under this section. The possession or consumption by a person under the age of 21 years under the direct supervision of that person’s parent or parents in the privacy of a home is not prohibited under this section.
   (D)   No person shall serve, sell or give any alcoholic liquor to a person under 21 years of age, except as otherwise provided under this section. No person shall knowingly permit a gathering, at a residence that he or she occupies, of two or more persons where anyone or more of the persons is under 18 years of age and the following factors also apply:
      (1)   The person occupying the residence knows that any such person under the age of 18 is in possession of or is consuming any alcoholic liquor;
      (2)   The possession or consumption of the alcoholic liquor by the person under 18 is not otherwise permitted by this section; and
      (3)   The person occupying the residence knows that the person under the age of 18 leaves the residence in an intoxicated condition.
   (E)   Any person violating any provision of this section, or any rule or regulation adopted or issued pursuant thereof, or any provisions of any code adopted herein by reference shall, upon adjudication of guilt, be subject to a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $750, and the costs of prosecution.
