(A)
The following license fee is to be paid annually to the Village Collector on or before May 1:
(1) License fees.

The penalty for licenses not purchased by the first day of June shall be a late fee of $5 per month for each month or part thereof after 5/31. | ||||||||||||
(2) New resident license fees.
(a) All issued licenses shall expire on the last day of April of each year. When issued for a period of less than one year, in cases of new residency or a new vehicle that does not have a transferable license, the fee shall be:

(b) A late fee of $5 per month shall be applied to any new resident vehicle license or newly purchased vehicle license not purchased within 30 days of the date of occupancy or within 30 days of the date of acquisition of a new vehicle, as applicable.
(B) The penalty for licenses not purchased by June 1 shall be a late fee of $5 per month for each month or part thereof after May 31.
(C) All issued licenses shall expire on April 30 of each year. When issued for a period of less than one year, in cases of new residency or a new vehicle that does not have a transferable license, the fee shall be:

(D) All new residents shall purchase a vehicle license within 30 days of the date of occupancy of a residence in the village.
