§ 42.01 DEFINITION.

Whenever the term MOTOR VEHICLE is used in this chapter, it shall be construed to include vehicles propelled by automotive power, including automobiles, and motorcycles, with the exceptions of traction engines, farm tractors, road rollers, steam railways and snowmobiles. This chapter shall not apply to bicycles or other vehicles propelled by muscular power.
