§ 12.13 DEPOSIT OF SNOW INTO STREETS AND PUBLIC WAYS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Purpose. The village has determined that the placement of snow into the public streets and rights of way is a danger to the public safety and general welfare of the community.
   (B)   Prohibition. It shall be unlawful for any person to plow, push, blow, or otherwise cause snow to be placed into the public roads, streets, and rights-of-way of the village.
   (C)   Penalty. Any person found violating this section shall be fined an amount not less than $50 nor more than $750 per violation.
   (D)   Enforcement. This section shall be enforceable by the village Police Department, code enforcement officer, designee of the Village Board, or any other individual with code enforcement authority.
