(A) The 2008 Illinois Plumbing Code, published by the State Department of Public Health, and all amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section. Any person who violates any provision of the State Plumbing Code shall be subject to the penalties provided for violation of this code.
(B) In addition to the Code, all underground plumbing, drains, waste and vents are to be installed in cast iron, with the minimum diameter being four inches.
