   (B)   Extension of permit. A fee of 25% of the original permit fee shall be paid to extend the original permit one time (for 90 days): minimum fee of $30.
   (C)   Reinstatement of permit. A fee of 50% of the original permit fee shall be paid to reinstate a permit suspended as defined by the Building Codes.
   (D)   Expiration of permit.
      (1)   If, after the expiration of the first extension of a permit, the work for which the building permit was issued has not been completed, the permit holder must appear before the President and Board of Trustees of the village at its regularly scheduled meeting to request a further extension of said permit.
      (2)   Permits may be additionally extended for no more than 90 days; provided that, the second extension shall be contingent upon the applicant’s completion of the exterior of the structure during the first extension period.
      (3)   The fee for each additional extension shall be calculated at the full rate for work not completed following a new application and plan review by the Building Department.
   (E)   Indebtedness to village. The processing of a permit shall not commence and no permit shall be issued if the applicant therefore is indebted to the village for any sum or if the applicant is in violation of any village code, regulation or ordinance at the time of application.
