§ 14.05 VIOLATIONS; PENALTY.

   (A)   Penalty. Any person who violates any provision of §§ 14.02 or 14.03 of this chapter shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense.

   (B)   Payments to avoid prosecution for violations of §§ 14.02 or 14.03 of this chapter. Any person that receives a citation for a violation of the aforementioned sections of this code may avoid prosecution by paying a fine pursuant to the following schedule:

 

	1st Offense	2nd Offense	3rd and Subsequent Offenses
Within 10 days	$25	$50	$100
After 10 days	$50	$100	$200
