There be and is hereby assessed for garbage collection upon all the residential property within the corporate limits of the village, in addition to the maximum taxes authorized for general corporate purposes and the garbage tax levy imposed by the village pursuant to an ordinance previously adopted, a garbage service charge at the prevailing rate set forth in the contract from time to time, plus an administrative fee of $1.75 per month for regular customers and $1.25 per month for senior residents as more fully described in the contract. The foregoing refuse and recycling collection charges shall commence as of 5-1-2007.
