(A) The regular meetings of the Village Board shall be held in the Board Room at 234 West Rand Road, Lakemoor, Illinois, on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at the hour of 7:00 p.m.
(B) If the regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be cancelled.
(C) Adjourned meetings may be held at such other times as the Board may determine.
