§ 98.09 EXPIRATION AND EXTENSION OF NATURAL EMERGENCY ORDERS.
   (A)   The duration of each local state of natural emergency is limited to seven days; it may be extended, as necessary, in seven-day increments by the City Commission; or, if delegated authority by the City Commission, by the City Manager.
   (B)   The provisions of § 98.08 do not apply to natural emergency orders.
