(A) The service charges or fees for the provision of the following emergency medical services are set by resolution:
(1) Basic life support transport fee;
(2) Advanced life support 1 transport fee;
(3) Advanced life support 2 transport fee; and
(4) Mileage fee (per mile).
(B) The City Manager may, at his or her discretion, adjust fees annually pursuant to increases in the Consumer Price Index (C.P.I.).
