§ 97.30 SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR CERTAIN ELIGIBLE FACILITIES MODIFICATIONS.
   Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, the city shall not deny any eligible facilities request for a modification to an existing wireless tower or base station which does not substantially change the physical dimensions of such tower or base station provided the procedure and requirements set forth in Chapter 154 are satisfied.
