§ 97.21 EXISTING COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES IN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   A communications services provider with an existing communications facility in the public rights-of-way has 60 days from the effective date of the ordinance from which this chapter derives to comply with the terms of this chapter, including, but not limited to, registration, or be in violation thereof.
