§ 97.17 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMITS.
   (A)   The city may suspend a permit for work in the public rights-of-way for one or more of the following reasons subject to this chapter:
      (1)   Violation of permit conditions, including conditions set forth in the permit, this chapter or other applicable city ordinances, codes or regulations governing placement or maintenance of communications facilities in public rights-of-way;
      (2)   Misrepresentation or fraud by the communications services provider in a registration or permit application to the city;
      (3)   Failure to properly renew or ineffectiveness of registration; or
      (4)   Failure to relocate or remove facilities as may be lawfully required by the city pursuant to this chapter.
   (B)   The city shall provide notice and an opportunity to cure any violation of divisions (A) above, each of which shall be reasonable under the circumstances.
