§ 54.04 APPLICABILITY.

This chapter applies to and regulates any and all applicators of fertilizer and areas of application of fertilizer within the city, unless such applicator is specifically exempted by the terms of this chapter. This chapter operates prospectively only, and does not impair any existing contracts.
