§ 94.99 PENALTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stage, present, or conduct any special event without first obtaining all permits as herein provided. Any person violating the provisions of any section of this chapter shall be penalized as provided in § 94.09 of this Chapter and § 10.99 of the Code.
