Any applicant shall have the right to appeal the fees or denial of a permit by immediately requesting review of the decision to the City Commission. The appeal shall be filed by the applicant within five days after receipt of the notice of denial by providing written notice to the City Clerk. The City Commission shall consider the appeal at the next regularly scheduled meeting following receipt of the notice of appeal.
