(A) No person shall advertise, engage in, participate in, aid, form or start a special event unless a Special Events permit has been obtained from the City of Lake Mary.
(B) The issuance of a special events permit from the city shall not relieve any person from the duty to secure other permits or approvals as may be required by the City Code to include, but not be limited to, a tent permit fireworks permit a business tax receipt, street, lane or sidewalk use/closure, for loud speaker or other sound amplification.
(C) The Police Chief shall have the duty and is hereby authorized to invoke any necessary actions to abate an illegal event and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
