§ 116.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of any of the sections set forth in this chapter is subject to punishment as provided in § 10.99 of this Code of Ordinances.
   (B)   The city may obtain injunctive relief to restrain or prohibit violation of this chapter.
