§ 162.03 HOURS OF OPERATION; ACCESS TO AND CLOSURE OF THE CONSERVATION PROJECT.
   (A)   The Conservation Lands in the Conservation Project will not be open for public access unless posted otherwise. It is unlawful to access The Conservation Project at an unauthorized time.
   (B)   The Conservation Project may be accessed only at city designated access points at permitted times. It is unlawful to access The Conservation Project at any place other than an access point posted by the city for access.
   (C)   The Conservation Project may be accessed only by permitted means. Unless posted for vehicular access, it is unlawful to access The Conservation Project by means of any motor vehicle or any other vehicle or to otherwise access The Conservation Project by a means that is not posted for authorized access.
   (D)   The Conservation Project may be closed for specific uses or all public use by the City Manager or his or her designee during any emergency conditions such as floods, severe weather, wildfire, prescribed burning, and during any land management or maintenance activity or to protect the natural ecological functions of said lands.
   (E)   The Conservation Project may be closed to the general public by the City Manager or his or her designee during research, study, surveying, or data collection events or activities.
