For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"CONSERVATION LANDS."
Properties purchased or otherwise acquired or managed under the City of Lake Mary Conservation Project. Said properties shall be described in resolutions subsequently adopted by the City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, which resolutions may be amended from time to time as The Conservation Project inventory changes.
"EXOTIC SPECIES."
(1) A species of plant as defined by Rule 14-40.002, Florida Administrative Code, and as defined by Rule 62-312.310, Florida Administrative Code.
(2) A species of animal not native to the area it is found in.
"MOTOR VEHICLE."
Any self-propelled vehicle as defined in F.S. § 316.003(75).
"RESTORATION."
To return back to a natural or preexisting condition.
"SPECIAL AUTHORIZATION PERMIT."
Written permission granted by the city to an individual or any group of individuals associated with an organization such as a school, club or scout troop to partake in an authorized activity on The Conservation Project.
