§ 162.01 LEGISLATIVE INTENT; USE OF THE CONSERVATION PROJECT BY THE PUBLIC.
   (A)   The purpose of this chapter is to establish regulatory provisions relating to the preservation and use of properties acquired or managed through the City of Lake Mary Conservation Project (also referred to as "The Conservation Project"). The City of Lake Mary desires to preserve and manage environmentally sensitive areas for their ecological value and the education of present and future citizens.
   (B)   The City of Lake Mary does not, by providing any of The Conservation Project for outdoor educational purposes, extend any assurance that such areas or lands are safe for any purpose. Users of The Conservation Project take upon themselves the risks inherent in using undeveloped natural properties and the resulting and proximate events and conditions arising from the use of these wild and scenic lands.
   (C)   Nothing contained in this chapter nor any resolution adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be deemed to conflict with or preempt the city's Code of Ordinances.
