(A) One 90-day extension may be granted between notification of the results of the concurrency test for preliminary and final development orders and submission of preliminary and final plans with a maximum amount of time being 180 calendar days.
(B) One 90-day extension may be granted between the approval of the preliminary development order and submission of the final development order with a maximum amount of time being 180 calendar days.
(C) Capacity reservation period may be extended from time to time bases upon the underlying development order.
