(A) The requirements of this chapter shall be enforced by the Planning Department. Whenever the Planning Department determines that a violation of this chapter has occurred or is occurring, the Planning Department shall issue written notice to any persons believed to be in violation, identifying the nature and location of the violation and specifying the remedial actions required to bring the violation into compliance. Such alleged violations may be brought before the City Code Enforcement Board or otherwise enforced in accordance with the provisions of this code.
(B) The Planning Department shall have the authority to immediately issue a Stop Work Order if it is found that the application intentionally provided incorrect or inaccurate information in order to obtain a certificate of concurrency or factual circumstances demonstrate that development is occurring without a certificate of concurrency.
