Any party, any aggrieved or adversely affected person as defined by F.S. § 163.3215(2), or the Division of Community Affairs may file an action for injunctive relief in the Circuit Court of Seminole County to enforce the terms of any development agreement entered into pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or to challenge the compliance of the agreement with the provisions of F.S. §§ 163.3220 through 163.3243 and this chapter.
