§ 159.05 CONSISTENCY WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.

Any development agreement and development thereby authorized shall be consistent with the local government's comprehensive plan and land development regulations of this city.
