§ 157.10 VARIANCE FROM §§ 157.04 - 157.07.
   The City Commission may waive various provisions of §§ 157.04 through 157.07 if the general intent and purpose of the district is maintained. Cases where a variance may be appropriate include, but are not limited to, the following:
   (A)   The existing land use and zoning classification of surrounding properties are inconsistent.
   (B)   The existing zoning classification and the future land use designated on the comprehensive plan for surrounding properties are inconsistent.
   (C)   There is an unusual site size, location, or configuration.
