There shall be no cross connections of the city water supply with any other source of water supply for the pool. Any line from the city water supply to the pool shall be protected against a back flow of polluted water by means of an air gap, and shall discharge at least four and one-half inches above the maximum high-water level of the make-up tank of the pool or an approved vacuum breaker. In no instance shall pool waters be emptied into the city sewer system or onto adjacent property.
