§ 8 INSPECTIONS: CONSENT.
   The city shall have authority to conduct inspections of any project undertaken in accordance with this appendix. Upon the issuance of a permit under this appendix, the applicant shall be deemed to have consented to inspections at all reasonable times upon proper showing of identification by an agent.
