§ 65 CROSSING REQUIREMENTS.
   In general, all underground pipelines crossing existing major paved city roadways, county roadways, state highways, and railroads shall be installed under these trafficways within bored and jacket steel casing pipe. Specific crossing requirements shall be obtained in advance from the authority having jurisdiction.
