§ 155.51 FALSE REPRESENTATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner, or agent of the owner, to falsely represent to a prospective purchaser of real estate that roads and streets, sewers, water systems, or drainage facilities will be built, constructed, or maintained by the city.
