It shall be the intent of the city that there be an orderly process for approval of all subdivision plats in the city. This process is intended to permit full and adequate review by the city in order to insure and protect the public interest. This process will also benefit the subdivider by pinpointing potential problems within the development and offering solutions to alleviating those problems.
