The Building and Zoning Department shall provide written notice to anyone in violation of the provisions of this chapter, specifying the nature of the violation and necessary corrective action. A period of ten days shall be granted for correction, and the person or persons correcting the violation shall sign a citation certifying the correction. If violations are not corrected within the specified time, the violator shall be guilty of a punishable violation.
