§ 153.01 AUTHORIZATION; APPLICATION.
   This chapter is enacted under the home rule power of the city for the purpose of providing necessary standards and regulations for trailer tie-downs in the city in the interest of the citizens, residents, and inhabitants of the city. This chapter will apply to and be enforced within all areas of the city.
