Subject to the provisions of F.S. Ch. 775 which defines misdemeanors, the commission of certain acts are hereby adopted as offenses against the city as fully as if these statutes were set forth herein at length and any person convicted of a violation thereof shall be subject to the same penalty as provided by state law.
