It shall be unlawful for an operator or employee of an adult entertainment establishment, to knowingly or with reason to know, permit, suffer, or allow any person or patron, to engage in any specified sexual activity at the establishment. It Is an affirmative defense to a violation of this section that the operator or employee immediately left the establishment and notified the police of the illegal activity.
