It shall be unlawful for any person applying for an adult entertainment license pursuant to §§ 115.20 through 115.29 to make a false statement or provide false information which is intended to facilitate the issuance of a license on the application required by § 115.21, to provide false information in the reports required by § 115.50, or to falsify the records required by § 115.54.
