§ 115.53 ADULT BOOKSTORES.

In addition to the general requirements for an adult entertainment establishment contained in § 115.40, an adult bookstore shall not display merchandise or adult material in a manner that allows such merchandise or adult material to be visible from outside of the structures at the establishment.
