(A) Levy. There are hereby levied the following annual license fees under this code for an adult entertainment establishment:
(1) An adult bookstore, $750;
(2) An adult theater, as follows:
(a) Having only adult booths, $35 for each booth;
(b) Having only a hall or auditorium, $3.50 for each seat;
(c) Having only an area outdoors designed to permit viewing by customers seated in vehicles, $3.50 for each parking space;
(d) Having a combination of division (A)(2)(a), (b), and/or (c), the cumulative license fee applicable to each under such subdivisions;
(e) Adult motel, $750;
(3) An adult performance establishment, $750.
(B) Fees regulatory. The annual license fees collected under this code are declared to be regulatory fees which are collected for the purpose of examination and inspection of adult entertainment establishments under this code and the administration thereof. These regulatory fees are in addition to and not in lieu of the occupational license taxes imposed by other ordinances.
