§ 115.11 IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION.

The city or any of its departments or agents or any law enforcement officer shall be immune from prosecution, civil, or criminal, for reasonable, good-faith trespass upon an adult entertainment establishment while acting within the scope of the authority under this code.
