§ 115.07 ENFORCEMENT.
   The provisions of this code may be enforced by:
   (A)   A suit brought by the City Commission in the circuit court to restrain, enjoin, or prevent a violation of this code;
   (B)   Enforcement proceedings by the city code enforcement board; or
   (C)   Criminal prosecution as provided in § 115.99.
